At Feelik, we aim to deliver every order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered across India, and what you can expect once your order is placed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Processing time refers to the period required to verify the order, inspect the product, pack it securely, and prepare it for dispatch. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly, but we always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99
    Delivery within 3–10 business days depending on location
    (Charges may vary slightly for remote areas)
  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders of ₹1,999 and above

  • Express Shipping: Available in select locations and calculated at checkout

There are no hidden charges or additional fees payable at delivery.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, deliveries may take longer than the estimated timelines stated above. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or operational issues beyond our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the courier may:

  • Attempt re-delivery, or

  • Hold the package at a local hub temporarily

If the order is returned to us after multiple failed attempts or holding at the hub (usually up to 7 days), re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed beyond reasonable delivery timelines, we will investigate with the courier partner.

If a shipment is confirmed lost after courier investigation, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Delivered but Not Received

Feelik is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer due to theft or third-party access.

If this occurs, please:

  • Raise a claim with the courier partner, and

  • Inform us with your order number and claim reference

We will assist by coordinating with the courier where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to return or exchange it, please contact our support team.

Returns or exchanges are accepted as per our Refund & Return Policy, which outlines eligibility, timelines, and conditions in detail.

Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped within India only.
Prices displayed on our website include applicable domestic taxes.
No customs duties apply.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • The product is in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Approval of a refund or exchange is subject to inspection results.

Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Orders are processed quickly, and cancellation requests are time-sensitive.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the Refund & Return Policy.
